We make every effort to display our ethnic wear collections — including lehengas, coord sets, kurti, Dresses, anarkalis, and kurta sets — as accurately as possible. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to monitor/screen settings.
- Product images are for representation purposes only.
- Fabric texture and embroidery details may have slight variations in handcrafted pieces.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and EMI options.
- KAAYAH reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Order Placement & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase from us. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs only when the order is dispatched.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
- For custom or made-to-order pieces, cancellation is not possible once production has begun.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, designs, product images, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of KAAYAH and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
